Da 5 Bloods And Other New June Action
So much action these days. Probably too much, though the initial idea and stimulus has been unarguable and justified. And Spike Lee is timely as usual with his new movie called Da 5 Bloods that came streaming on Netflix this June. "Lee’s new movie - like the great BlacKkKlansman (2018) - is a history lesson wrapped in an adventure, the caveat being that history is never done with us, and that we struggle to shrug it off our backs", Anthony Lane, the long-term cinema critique from The New Yorker, has wrapped up Lee's new release.
