Berlinale 2018 Completed Its Programme For Competition

Bears are back to Berlin! The 68th International Berlin Film Festival - Berlinale is ready to draw attention of all film lovers from 15 to 25 February. Each year the Berlinale comprises about 400 films of every genre, length and format. The festival is divided into nine sections with a special spotlight on Competition and Berlinale Special.

On February 6 the programmes for these specific sections have been finalized. This year’s Competition will feature 24 films, 19 of which will be competing for the Golden Bear and the Silver Bears. Meanwhile Berlinale Special was supplemented by the documentary Songwriter, which follows British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran as he creates his latest album and provides an intimate look at the musician’s work.
